The individual suggested that I return the truck to a different location because he didn’t have any parking spots available. He suggested that I drop it off at any other U-Haul spot and I explained that o would be charged a penalty for doing so … he continued to press his perspective until I suggested that he call U-Haul and ask that I return the truck elsewhere … he relented and agreed that could drop off the truck there.

The representative took a long time to help us get the keys, the back of the truck was open and wet when we arrived, and the moving pads and dolly weren’t there when we picked up the truck and we couldn’t pick up alternatives. This made our move very challenging. I was charged full price for everything and haven’t received my refund for the pads, dolly, and a credit of $50 for the inconvenience. I was disappointed with U-Haul as a service.
Kevin FTruck was dirty. Had to sweep and vacuum before loading. They didn’t have my furniture dolly. Made us wait an hour for the them to verify my reservation, locate the truck, move the truck, empty the truck which had a couple dozen cases of empty beer bottles along with wooden skids, and poorly clean the truck from snow.
