HENRY DThe staff was lazy didn’t walk me to the truck or tell me I was getting a text and I needed to take pictures before I leave the location. They lied saying I scarlet he’d and sent unit wouldn’t give me a refund after charging $290 in damages then manager Matthew was rude. They did not have pictures of unit prior to prove that I did it when I had witnesses he was like those your family and friends. Very unprofessional wouldn’t take accountability for employees not explaining process or doing their jobs
