The staff was not knowledgeable at all. Did my walk around on the truck and it had a flat tire that I had to go put air in because the staff said it was not there problem the truck was not clean at all and it smelled of smoke…if I did not absolutely need this rental I would not have got it at all
REGINALD FWhen I arrived at my confirmed pickup location, I was told they did not have a truck and I had to go to another location, which put me about 45 mins. behind schedule. My truck was extremely dirty in the cabin area. There were food crumbs and dirt all over the floorboard and the console. The gas tank was on 3/8 full, and I had to stop for gas before I started my trip. The low tire pressure warning light was illuminated, and a concern of mine the entire rental.
ERIC BOne of the worst experiences I have ever had doing business with anyone. Completely incompetent. Caped off what would have n=been a great experience and made me question if I'll ever use U-Haul again. If I were U-Haul, I would revoke their partnership.
ROBERT HEveryone was so helpful. Really above and beyond anything I could have expected. I would recommend this location as the best without reservations.😀😀
