everything except the person who helped me was quite suitable. I’ve never met anyone in customer service that was so disengaged. I seriously think she must’ve been called in at the last minute because she spoke about five words to me during the entire transaction. I also had trouble checking the truck back in because it wouldn’t read the odometer correctly. It finally worked, but I must admit that was less than satisfactory as well. I also don’t understand the reservation system when I tell you a location that I want and you check and say it’s available and then I get sent to a second location not as convenient. This has happened on two rentals in the last two months. Less than satisfactory, especially when the second location cost more money because of your mileage charge.
