Took almost an hour to even get the keys/check in. App was awful. The movers I booked through you guys were hours behind schedule, cost me 2 hours of my uhaul rental time, and scratched my items. Disappointed

Angela FI believe the manager gouged me after I turned the truck in. She charged my account and additional $71.00 for what I believe was an extremely well kept returned truck. I am very unhappy . She did this after I returned the truck and did not notify me. She gouged me, I believe because of my age. I'm elderly.
Curtis HAfter being sent to 3 different locations from customer service, I finally got a truck. After being promised the correct equipment by customer service, the equipment was not in the truck. Was sent to another location only to get a Dolly that didnt work correctly. The dolly wasn’t able to lock. The worst experience ever!
TABITHA WThe uhaul was dirty. Had trash in the front and back and items from a previous renter. The tire had almost no air in it when we received it.
