I ordered a 10’, the truck was there but the keys were nowhere to be found. I had to take a 15’ instead. It took way over an hour on the phone and app because the cell service was spotty. I had to drive around a lot to find parking for the 15’ and was charged extra for going around 13 miles over the mileage. The cell service dropping off the truck was not good either. It took forever to download the pics. In total it took about 2 hours to pick up the truck and drop it off. Too much time and then to be charged for the mileage was annoying. I should have had the 10’truck in the first place.

lock box for key pickup is pretty high. hard to enter the combo lock code.
Gail WI was told the keys were in a lock box but they were in the truck. Also the truck was close to empty when I picked it up. Otherwise everything worked fine.
