Non-paved, rough poorly maintained driveway area. Building and office in very poor condition ceiling falling down or missing. Attendant provided no printed paperwork or contract. On attempting to return trailer at 9:15am no one present to assist with uncoupling the trailer from my vehicle. Had to go to two other locations to drop off the trailer. Worst experience with U-Haul. Have been along time and frequent customer.
