Just a drop off site that looked abandoned!! I stopped earlier to check it out before dropping off and I dont think the business is even open.

No one was there to give us the key and no one answered when we called the location's phone number. We had to can customer service and wait 45 minutes for them to find the code to a word lock.
John MJamie Sherman, the guy over this location, helped me out sooooooooooo much when the other Broad River location was a piece of crap and changed the location without telling me.

Ernestine MI called multiple times and no answer. I took a chance and went to the location. The building was locked. I pulled ymup and a man got out of his Uhaul service truck and said he was a regional supervisor named Dave. He was very helpful and checked in my trailer. My )25 discount was not applied to drop the trailer at this alternate location over 20 miles away. David promised to correct it and he did send me an email confirming my credit. My recommendation is to drop that site. The building looks condemned.
