Picking up the vehicle seemed complicated. Having to upload a photo of my DL when I’m standing in front of the person with my id was redundant and time consuming because of course, there were ‘technical’ issues. The person at the location was vague on both pick up and drop off instructions and seemed disinterested in the whole process.
