Worst experience I had with them. I scheduled for a self pick up and drop off. None of the scheduling place and time or anything was coordinated correctly. It was big waste of time and also I need to get a 10 dollar refund cuz I reserved a dozen of furniture towels but didn't get any.! Absolutely garbage experience waste of time and money ..!!Nikhil S.

Please tell someone exactly where the correct location is going to be. I made a reservation, in person, at another store up the road a week prior. I arrived at that location after being dropped off. They told me I had to go to the other location, which I was not told originally. Had to walk a mile up the road in dangerous traffic. Would not recommend.Tristan L.
Had to wait 15 minutes for the representative to get there when i had already did my order online days prior. My reservation was set for 10 a.m but when i got there noone was there. Once he opened the back door of the truck,leaves got in, due to how close the truck was park to the bushes. I usually use the u-haul rental company on deckard blvd,i should have used them this time as well because they are always nice and get me in and out quickly.Christy M.

The person Jim polley Was actually very rude. His person that was working the front desk apologize for himâ€¦ But not only was he rude and short with my husband and I. He explained that the company U-Haul did not know what they were doing and that I needed to trust him. He said that although we had an invoice in an email from U-Haul that meant nothing to him. I can fill in more details if you would like to give us a call. I would never ever frequent that person's was actually very rude. I tried to call U-Haul and was on hold for almost 30 minutes and had to finally hang up. This establishment is not someone you want representing your company.Mark Z.

my original pickup location Sandhills Storage, was not open at the time I went to pick up my truck. Nor did it open during the 50 minutes I was there. The national customer service line however got my reservation switched to this location. The people at Spring Valley Storage were friendly and prompt. The location and truck were clean and helped make my moving day better. Thank you to the staff of Spring Valley Storage.Neal R.

The employee had several problems with the "new" system and navigating the website for checkin. there were no rental blankets at this pick up location and we were told there might be some left in the trailer that people leave!? Then she tried to charge us $25 for some insurance and didn't even tell us about it until i asked why the final cost was more expensive than we were told upon making the reservation. then she didn't know how to remove said $25 charge from our bill. After figuring it out we processed the payment and then she couldn't print us a receipt. She didn't have the printer turned on nor did she know how to print it. She then apparently called a 1800 number for uhaul to get directions on how to print a receipt and still couldn't do it and said one was mailed to you that should be ok. After that she then sent us out to get the trailer. We hooked up the trailer and inspected etc ourselves she NEVER went out to the trailer. We then had to go to another Uhaul location to get a printed receipt and the rental blankets. Not to mention it took us 1 HR to pick up the 5x8 trailer we already had a reservation for and then still go to another location. Was NOT at all happy with this location and would recommend you all discontinuing this as an acceptalbe location to rent trailers from.Shannon N.

My online order was not correct. I ordered a 17 ft truck, I got a 15 ft truck. I ordered insurance, it had to be added. I ordered moving pads. There were none. I had to go around town to get them. Very bad experience overall.Richard N.
Clerk was overly talkative about everything except our intended purpose. Vehicle was dirty - windshield encrusted with bugs. The clerk did nothing about about it, even after it was brought to his attention.Peter S.
The truck was not clean. There was a good bit of dirt on the floor, so it obviously wasn't swept after the last use. My paperwork showed a half tank of gas but it was really a bit under a half. When I went by the office to inform the attendant, he had already left to take the lock off a storage unit I also rented that day.Chris B.

My experience was horrible they didn't have the truck at the location I was supposed to get it from then they didn't have the dolly at all that I needed and on top of that they charged my card for way more then they saidRoger W.
The truck that I rented did not start when I picked it up. The truck had to be jumped off. Then when I finished unpacking the truck and went to start it to return it, the truck again did not start. I called and the store rep stated they (he and she) contacted U-Haul but no assistance came. I walked in the store 2 days later and while in the store, the location rep called U-Haul and he was advised that it was the customers responsibility to call Road-side assistance to get the truck started and returned. I was in the store when the U-Haul rep disconnected the call by hanging up the phone. It was another day before a U-Haul repair truck came to my address to get the truck started. I will never use U-Haul again and I will pass this experience along to others as I was not compensated in anyway for this mishap and the awful customer service. Thank youAvan C.
