The owner of the business was a consummate professional! The vehicle was a typical UHaul moving van with high mileage, a AC unit that would only run on high setting, poor steering but pretty much everything worked. Bottom line, it did the job. A special thank you to the owner of the business who had an injury and opened the business for us to pick up the rental. Thanks!!!

JOHNNY FExcellent customer service - I arrived for turn-in about 10 minutes prior to Arcadia closing. The owner (I assume) waited on me, took as much time as I needed and was customer service oriented. Great experience!
JEFFREY BUhaul needs to honor the pickup locations in the agreement. Notified me 2 hours before scheduled pickup which added an additional 4 hours to the moving process due to additional mileage having to be driven and dropped off at another location! I give Arcadia Chemical 5 stars but Uhaul as a corporation 1star.
