The pickup of the truck went well, l was running late and she called to confirm I was still coming.
CARM LI used the 24/7 pick up which worked out fine. However, when I made the reservation I also requested an appliance dolly. When I picked up the truck there was no dolly. I called this location twice and was told each time that someone would contact me but they never did. I ended up having to rent a dolly from Home Depot. What makes it even worse is this location didn't even refund me what I paid for the requested dolly. I call that shady business, and I won't be using this location again.

RICKY OThe drive is extremely steep, it was doable, but for those who are not used to driving larger trucks, it's not very user friendly.
