The moving truck was not ready for use. After picking up the moving truck, I realized the engine oil was low, so I had to refill it because it was almost empty. I had to make some phone calls, including one to U-Haul Road Assistance, to get directions on how to proceed. It caused me stress and was a waste of time, and I had to deal with a truck I was not familiar with. I had to buy three bottles of oil and call road assistance to help me with the process and make sure the moving truck is good to go.

good service
SHAHID AReceived my U-Haul 40 minutes late. No organization. The guy trying to contact the owner was nice and trying to help but overall it was confusing and unprofessional as I had no way to contact the owner myself. Will not be returning to this location
Alexia MThe clerk at Sandalwood Market never check my trailer in. He asked me multiple times for keys to the truck even after I told him the rental was a trailer. Incompetence at its finest created a mess for others to resolve and undue stress working to ensure I was not charged a late fee. Uhaul should revoke the contract with Sandalwood Market. Brent (Regional manager), Elena and Toni (Uhaul customer service) were outstanding in trying to resolve the drop off issue. Drop off completed without any additional charge thanks to these excellent employees of UHAUL.
Greg CNeed better instructions for obtaining vehicle key. Or here's an interesting idea, how about an actual person on location who is knowledgable and can assist a customer.
