I used the uhaul website to book the truck rental. I know of one uhaul dealer on Morse road in the Easton area and assumed that was the location. Upon arrival I find there is another storage facility 1 block up with 3 uhaul trucks. I believe there should be full disclosure when you are renting that you are being sent to a authorized dealer and not the main facility. These uhauks are not well maintained . We had a lot of snow and you could tell they had been sitting. Windows were so dirty I has to pull over and wipe them off. Driver side wiper came off when I turned them on and there was no windshield wiper fluid in the truck. Its obviously a flip of the coin since it a service you use once in a blue moon, the people were nice but overall I will have to pay closer attention to make sure I have the correct facility.
