The sun rental guys were excellent! Which I will put on my actual google review However thr actual U haul company itself along with your uhaul reps that called me 4 days after a confirmed reservation were awful! I will put it all online in my review of U Haul itself.

The personal at Sun Rental Center in Colville WA were very helpful and accommodating. A member of their staff assisted with the tow hitch connection and ensured that it was safely and securely attached.
SUE SVery friendly and helpful staff. They were cheerful and professional. Also really quick to log our return and provide a receipt.
JONATHAN WIt is an equipment rental place and so it was pretty dirty overall with dust etc. Guy was very nice but had to add extra for the miles that were not allowed at the time of rental. I feel like I should be reimbursed for those extra miles. Also it was not figured in that we live 35 miles from the nearest town to drop it off.
