There was absolutely nowhere to leave the U-Haul and trailer. They need better instructions for where to do so. I had to park them in a no parking zone after hours because there was nowhere else to leave them.

STEPHANIE PTaillights did not work
Kyle ESun Rental was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable. However U-Haul (the company) changed my reservation to a higher price after sending an email confirming the lower cost reservation. I checked the link in the email immediately and it was correct. When I checked back a few hours later, the price had changed. Make sure you screenshot any special deals because they may disappear on you.
