The pickup location was fine. I wish the truck was a little nicer. Had a check engine light on but made it the whole way.

This location did a good job. U haul as a company has taken the rental experience to lower levels each time i use them. The only reason to rent from u haul is they are the only nation wide trailer rental.
Terry PU haul was not clean when we picked it up. Inside smelled like animals. Engine ran like crap. Brakes squeezed the whole 800 mile trip. U haul always finds extra charges to get more money out of you. We filled fuel gauge to same spot it was before. They had us park it on a hill. Then charged us extra for fuel. Didn’t get original quoted price. Quote was for a combo deal for truck and trailer supposed to be 118$ discount there and they refused to give us the discount when we went to pick it up. 0 out of 10 stars
