The truck had napkins left in the cupholders on pickup and furniture blankets were strewn about the back of the truck and some were wet. After accidentally leaving a dunkin donuts cup in the cupholder we were charged $25. The manager I spoke with afterwards was confrontational and rude.

MICHAEL LI had originally made my reservation of a Auto Transport trailer pickup at an actual U-Haul location, I got an email the day before my pickup indicating that I was to pick up my rental trailer at this location. This place was was a countertop supplier, they didn't seem to have much experience with operating as a U-Haul rental. It took half an hour to get me checked in even though I had reserved my rental online days beforehand. Then they messed up the info about the trailer they had provided to me by entering the wrong trailer information into the U-Haul system, when I dropped it off the Chantilly location didn't associate the trailer I dropped off with my rental. I had to go back the next day to work with the people at the Chantilly location to figure out why my rental was still active. Luckily the young lady at the Chantilly office was able to get it sorted out. What can you do to improve, don't let countertop distributors pretend to be U-Haul rental locations.
