After making a reservation for a 5x8 enclosed trailer one way (6:00 hours from my home), the trailer was not available at the agreed upon date & time. The U-Haul rep found a trailer at a nearby store, which negatively impacted my moving and travel plans. After returning the trailer at the correct location, date and time, U-Haul is claiming “wrong return location” and attempting to charge me $250! Wrong answer!
Keith KThe truck had napkins left in the cupholders on pickup and furniture blankets were strewn about the back of the truck and some were wet. After accidentally leaving a dunkin donuts cup in the cupholder we were charged $25. The manager I spoke with afterwards was confrontational and rude.
