Not sure why it was such a shitshow, but nothing seemed to be going right for them that day. Overall the people were very friendly, and we did get everything worked through. It was not smooth to say the least.

I turned in the trailer same day of use. Checked out at the front counter. Now I am being called by Uhaul stating that I never returned the trailer!!! This is bad!

Marco OWe needed an appliance dolly and furniture pads which the location had none of and made no attempt to assist further. We were not charged fir them, but it was inconvenient.
CLARK AI was over charged and not given the equipment I ordered.
