Joel SI was charged the insurance after I specifically opted out of it. Then before I even used the U-Haul I called and let them know I was wrongly charged. They told me they fixed it on their end but it’s still on my invoice. Looks like they just changed the name of the charge. Very unhappy about it. I needed the truck for a 10 mile haul and was charged $60 when the advertisement said $19.99 for the truck and $1 a mile. I paid double that because of fine print charges and an insurance charge I never wanted. Stop stealing from people U-Haul!
