CHRISTOPHER Cit's not the location that I'm upset with its the overall experience. I was originally supposed to be able to pick up the truck at a storage facility in Lyon Twp, 5 minutes from my house and would be able to pick it up with a code before they opened. I planned on picking it up at 8 and getting on the road by 10. Got a call the night before telling me I had to pick it up in Commerce (30 minutes away) and that I had to wait until they opened at 10 am. Got there at 10 am and they were not open yet. Pounded on the door and the over night person came and let me in. He was irritated because they are not an after hours facility and they don't open at 10am. He explained to me that whoever set up the pick up had to over ride the system and that should not have done that.
