Worse experience ever. It seemed to start out well. Customer Service specialist was nice but never came from behind the counter. Therefore, equipment was never checked and I was not shown how to hook the car carrier properly or my car. While driving to NJ, my car slipped off of the carrier. I tried calling the store but all calls were routed to the Customer Service line. An agent sent an email to the Concord, NC manager and I have yet to hear from her. There was no accountability at all from this location.

Had the van back the next day 10 min.before they opened.Went inside and they told me everything was fine.10:55 am a extra day was taken out of my debit card.I called 5 different times and even went there.3 days later still no refunds of what is owed to me.They didn't check the van in till 4 hours after i dropped it off.This place is a rip off.

I rented a trailer from this location and had it 5 hours but was charged for two days. Contacted the company and it’s been 24hrs and I have still not heard back from anyone to rectify the situation. Very upset customer that has used this company multiple times and Uhaul doesn’t even seem to care about taking care of their customers.

I have used this office before. The service was was great. Unfortunately this time their was only one worker. The door was closed with a sign on the door saying working on a hookup will be right back. We stood out side with others behind us. Not realizing the door was not locked. That was not good because it had been raining and it was unprofessional. But before when I was there was three or four other workers. But she was doing her best and was trying to be very helpful.

Upon reserving my truck, I chose a return location. Picked up the truck, moved as planned, and went to return the truck at 7PM that same evening. I found there was no address listed on the return portion, and I was prompted to call a number. I called the number two times, on hold over 30 minutes each time. This was after I already drove to the Mount Pleasant location. I then drove the truck BACK to my home and waited until morning. The truck was due back at 8AM, and I called the line again at 7...on hold for over 30 mins. I finally got a hold of a person via the online chat. He stated I was never assigned a return location, and to call the transportation department. I stated that I was not going to be calling anyone, and he could call them. I also explained to him that I'd drop off the truck in Concord. Finally, he stated this would be fine. I told asked to be sure I wouldn't be charged another day, and he stated I had to return the truck by 8...at this point, it was already 8:15. Explaining this to him, he finally extended my time. I then drove 25 miles to return the truck. I wasted time, money on extra fuel, money on mileage charges, and risk to me and my family, trying to return a truck numerous times. I'd like to be contacted to discuss partial reimbursement.

My location for pick up was changed to this location 2 days before my pick up date which was inconvenient. I booked it originally a week earlier at the location in Harrisburg where I live. They told me the pick up time was 0800 which I had requested. This was also in the email sent to me for pick up time. When I got there the manager was in but said I had to wait til 0900 “there opening time” when I showed her the email and time she was indifferent. The van was there and ready she could have easily made this work. Instead I had to sit in my car for an hour while she was inside. Then I go out to find I’m getting a van and not a truck which I ordered a week earlier ( there were plenty sitting on the lot) This was a disappointing experience with lots of room for improvement.

The truck I got had a leak and ruined a mattress that I had in the moms attic of the truck. When I returned the truck I told the guy and he got the manager Savannah and she proceeded to tell he that there was nothing she could do for me that the trucks were water resistant not water proof and proceeded to ask me if I needed a hard copy of my receipt and we were done. I was not happy at all with her reaponse and the lack of concern she carried about the quite frank conversation. Granted she was busy while 3 -4 other guys were near an office door “shooting the shit” while there were trucks wrapped completely around the building and she was the only employee out cleaning the trucks. Regardless the situation was very unpleasant and I will never use Uhaul for any other services what so ever nor will I recommend Uhaul for any services.

I was unable to tow the 12ft cargo trailer to my destination, extreme shaking while towing over 20mph, tried calling location numeral time and no one picked up the phone, got an answer from central answering service, they said that they see 2 people online in concord location, central sent them a message, to both people that were online for them to call me back, no one ever called me back, by the time I brought the trailer back as I wasn't able to tow it to my destination the location was already closed, just left the trailer without being able to use it! unacceptable!!!
