I DON'T like that they are getting copies of my driver license. They already get my credit card info, address, tag number and now DL !! I am not going to rent from them again and if its company wide i will buy a trailer rather than provide more info to a stranger than my girl friend has.

Stop putting $19.99 on a "local rental" when it always actually costs 80 - 100 bucks to do anything. It's on $19.99 if you sit in the truck at the rental location and don't actually go anywhere. Kind of slimy tbh.

The truck was missing a few knobs inside and was making a funny noise when it was going down the road. I told the attendant about the noise when I returned it. They said they would drive it to see if they could tell what it was.

The van we ended up with looked great on the outside and the cab was clean. It also ran fine. Cargo area was empty but what we didn't realize until we started loading the cargo area at the office was that the cargo area smelled like someone had hauled dead animals in there. That van really needs to be fumigated or something. My clothes and purse now stink like dead animals so thanks for that!

I had problems using the after hour return. The process was not explained to me while I was going through the initial process. Upon returning the van I dropped the key into the box. That started the problem. I did call for tech support. They walked me through a process. It took about 2 hours to complete and correct my mistake.

I was told that the cargo van would hold a queen mattress and box spring. The mattress fit, but a box spring would not fit through the doors. The employees at the location did not seem to know what they were doing. The system was down when I returned the vehicle. I was told they would process it after the system came back on. This didn’t happen. I had to call twice the next day to get this corrected.

This was the worst experience of my life. I was given the run around when it came to picking my truck. Then i was charged twice. Customer service line was unfriendly and made me feel like this was my fault. I was never offered any type of compensation or an apology. Im extremely disappointed and will never recommend uhual to anyone. Very poor service

I set my 24 hour rental for 11am pick up. I was a little late but I also had to wait for the team member to finish with a customer and then wait while in the middle of my transaction, he started helping a co-worker that had questions. The interesting thing was that his co-worker did not have a customer?? As a result I took out the vehicle at 11:38. I called Sunday to inquire on the return time and was told it was a 24 hour rental but it had to be back by 11 as I was late. Having the extra 30 minutes would have been helpful. I was again told it was my fault I picked up late, which was only partially true as they had me wait. Also, they don’t walk you out or show you the rental truck. They just tell you it’s on the lot and to look for the number on the truck. This was a poor customer experience. The gentleman on pickup was friendly as well as in return. The person on the phone was rude, unconcerned and delivered horrible customer service. Oh, the equipment, the middle seat belt did not work. Saftey checks should be a priority. Thank you. Tell the rental customer up front they may not be picking up the requested vehicle(s) at the same place as it was reserved. In picking up at a different location in which i reserved, i put over 25 miles on the vehicle before i even left home which cut into the number of miles I was allowed.

Kind of hard to rate it since I didnt get to use it. Advertised as 5 feet by 8 feet. I had an item 4 feet 3 inches square and it would not fit through the back door of the trailer. Back door of trailer is 4 feet wide. List exactly how wide the door is in your description of the trailers.
