All was good, somewhere on the contract it should have a detail on steps to return vehicle. I had to call the number and they let me know on the NYU haul.com site how to do it. Other than that nice equipment and easy process.

Need better transition from reservation made over phone to in-store pickup, i.e.: clerk use reservation number, info (including CC already provided over phone) transfer to in-store computer. Clerk did not understand inventory, how to use computer. Reservation system went down and had to re-enter my info. Took over 20 minutes to rent a utility/appliance dolly!

My truck did not have a dolly in it so I had to go back to pick up one! The customer service was beyond great! Everyone was professional!

I was greeted by the staff upon arrival and the truck given me was clean and drove well. My concern was upon my return and the final bill. When I reached home and checked my charges on line, I was charged for two days rental instead of the 4 hours I actually had the truck. After speaking with a representative, she reviewed my receipt and made the adjustment. I will wait to see if the adjustment will be made on my account. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.

My contract said the vehicle gas tank was full when it was not full; it was around 1/4 tank lower than full! Fortunately when I pointed this out before leaving, it was corrected quickly. Except for this incident, I would have maybe rated them as excellent.

Note to the next customer that the 6x10 trailer with the fold down ram only has an opening that is 4 1/2 wide. Totally unusable if you need a 6x10. Wasted 5 hours of my day $50 of gas and the rental charge on an unusable trailer.

I reserved a truck at a Uhaul dealer 2 miles from my home, an hour before it was time to pick the truck up my reservation was changed to a Uhaul that was 20 miles from my house. This caused me an extra 40 dollars in mileage fees that I shouldn’t of had to pay and when I asked the owner about it there was no remorse and all she said was there must have not been a truck available. She made no effort to try to make my situation right.

Trailer that was rented was not cleaned at all. I side was very dirty and muddy. We had to clean it before we could even use it. We advised of this upon return, but there were no concessions made to us (discounted rate or whatever).
