The cab heat was stuck on full hot. The reserved hand truck was not present.

Only issue was when i originally booked the truck it quoted me $50 and when I picked up the truck it ended up being $189. Big difference.
Adam HThe lady charged me extra miles and assured me they would reimburse me for unused miles and they wouldn’t and she did it in a way that they couldn’t see that she charged me for extra miles. She scammed me!!!!!!!
