My experience with the U-Haul location in Conklin, NY was exceptional. The cargo van I rented perfectly matched my need. Easy to load and drive; clean and reliable. I checked the oil level and tire pressure before my trip; perfect! Exactly as I would have had them on my own vehicle. From my initial inquiry about availability and pricing through my return of the van at the end of my move, Bobby, the site manager was wonderful in every regard. Joann PImprove customer service and a representative that can fluidly communicate using the English Language and provide a copy of a rental agreement and receipt for cash paid for the rental and deposit paid. This place is VERY SKETCHY at best!!! This appears to be a cash only rental location.
Karl Vcheck in was difficult. Clerk needed to contact owner at home via phone and had no internet connection. Took about 20 minutes.
