Too far from my original reservation location (30) minutes. My reservation Pick-Up was moved (3) multiple times causing me to call to verify causing additional stress.

U-Haul could’ve chosen a better drop off location for me considering it was over 25 miles from my home! There are about 10 drop off locations within 5 miles of my house. Why U-Haul chose this one I don’t know.
Paula CAgent was extremely helpful setting up the elaborate hitch system that included a safety braking system that engages should the towing vehicles hitch fail to protect others, helped attaching the hitch and made sure we knew how to get help on the road if necessary. Very thorough and professional. Highly recommend giving them a visit and renting whatever equipment you should need.
