Clearer instruction on where to find the location scanning for the app. We had to call Uhaul twice to get the location of the lock box for the keys.

The lady was kind of rude from start to finish.
ASHLEY SThe front desk clerk was a moron, took 45 mins to get trailer paid for and out the door. She couldn't work the computer, she had to keep calling her boss to finish check the trailer out. When I went to get the trailer right brake light was out and she saying she wouldn't let me have the trailer and she wasn't getting sued for be getting a ticket over light out. I have rented many trailers from haul and never had a problem like this. If you would like to contact me over this I would be happy to explain rest. Don't not rent from this company
