Trevor TFrom the moment I got there, It was a Joke. The lady (owner) also has a "antique" shop. She opened late and was very rude when we came in. I had water jug with me and she mad a big deal about me bringing it in and made me leave it at the door. Then she was rude to the other uHaul customer that walked in while she was helping me. I told her that I had made a reservation on line and I was told she had a low mileage 26' truck with less than 6K miles on it that was on hold for me. She barked at me and said in the six years she has been doing this she has never given out an assigned truck. She gave me one with 95K plus miles. I was not happy. Then I went to get the truck and back up to the auto transport trailer. Her property was a mess with other junk everywhere and it was a very tight fit to get hooked up to the trailer and get out of the property. I have a CDL and have been driving truck for years. She asked me if I had taken photos of the truck and trailer yet and she had sent me a link to do so. When I told her no because she had told me to wait till the trailer was hooked up, she said well just take the photos I cant help you with why i didnt get the link to send the photos. Also she told me the truck was at half a tank and it was BELOW half. When I told her this she just said whatever and walked away. I took photos of everything and left. I will never do business with a private location and only work with UHaul super stores. I have always had luck there.
