Took 30min to find the key box. They don't answer the phone. Place looks like a junkyard. Someone raced through in a truck and got clouds of dirt on us and our car. Truck was dirty with a cracked windshield and interior lights would stay on a ding. Nightmare of an experience. The app barely works. Check in and checkout experience is ridiculously long. Had to wait to verify all kinds of info on site, waiting and behind schedule. I may buy a 2k trailer just to never have to use uhaul and experience that again. Get some training from Turo, your process is a totally mess.

Doyle FPoor customer service. This is my third and last time here. The attendant lacks customer service skills. She appeared to be annoyed that I was there to pick up the rental.
Rafael CThere were no moving pads/blanket in the pouch and want aware there thanks be some sort of seal or something on the dolly - we don’t use it , so be we had two of our own. So not want to be and should not be charges for either - though in the app could not find a way to make that comment. Finding the keys required calling support - they were hidden behind a truck parked in front of a sign. Truck seemed to fine and had no mechanical issues.
Daren LI selected to pick the truck up by myself using the app, but the blankets and the dolly were not in the truck and any way I had to wait to be attended.
