Hire experienced IT personal for app programming and not let customers be the beta site. The return site stated that uhaul equipment is in poor condition and this unit would be decommissioned and should not have been in the rental fleet. Pre-trips need to be completed. Uhual may have liability for renting equipment with DOT & safety violations. They did not assist with returning the equipment to the yard nor visually check it in.
