Had to cancel because equipment was in bad shape and they wouldn’t give us a refund. Said we had to file a claim with corporate!

JENNIFER BWhen i put uhaul in my Maps App on Iphone it came up the Uhaul i reented from was permanently closed. I checked anyway and it went great!
DAVID MWe dropped off the uhaul with a full tank of gas after it only had a quarter of a tank. We were docked for mileage and just from driving it home and do to a wreck on I 40 had to take another route we were 44 miles over and charged 50 dollars but nothing was taken into consideration that it had a full tank of gas
