The app did not work well at this location, it took over an hour to get the rental started. Needed help from the call center to sort it out. I had the same problem turning in a rental at this location in June of 2023.

PAUL KThese trailers need to have a crank on them so we can raise and lower the trailer on to the hitch. The tongues of these trailer are way to heavy and hard to maneuver to get on the ball of a hitch. Just a suggestion
