CHRISTOPHER AThe website asked me how many hours I needed. I chose 12. Upon picking up the trailer, I was told I had 7 hrs because they close at 4:30. That was not great news and ruined our day. The local agent was very helpful and pleasant. The website needs to be adjusted.
