Fix the closing latch Hard to open and close the back of the door. Also truck wanted to shift. Into 4th gear periodically. Runs ok but sounds rough.

While I have no issue with the location pick up, given that this truck broke down I cannot say it was well maintained. Given that I waited at the side of the road for 6 hours, and then the subsequent truck also broke down leading to a further 5 hour wait at the side of the road, I cannot recommend U Haul to anyone.
Brenda NWhen I did not come to pick up my floor dolly on Sunday, my reservation was automatically cancelled. Some effort to contact me would have been appreciated. Luckily the dolly was still available Monday and I was still able to use it until Thursday as planned. Overall staff were very friendly and kind. I enjoyed my experience and was assisted with a recommendation for movers which turned out to be very good and reliable. Staff went over and above to help me make my move go smoothly. They were professional, but also friendly and emotional supportive. I am sure I am not alone in experiencing moving as a tough time emotionally. Additionally, I found the floor dolly to be incredibly helpful and easy to use. I would recommend that this site have more than one on hand.
