The woman on duty was kind and helpful. But, the equipment was not checked from the previous customer. After I got the trailer home, I noticed one of the tires was low on air. I went to add air and discovered that the tire was bald and the cords were showing. Thank God for roadside assistance. The repairman from Kinney's was wonderful. He changed the tire and rim out and checked the other for me to make sure it was safe.

Michael MI did not have a chance to interact with the personnel at this location as I arrived outside of normal hours. I had to enter the check in info into the app four times before it saved but otherwise the return process went well.
