Truck was in good shape and looked clean but the interior smeeled strongly of urine.

LACRESHA JThe whole app thing is ridiculous… you had to call 2 of my colleagues to verify me ?!?! And the return was bad.. the app wouldn’t take any pictures and I had to call U-Haul? They location was closed and when I called the next day it was the gas station who had nothing to do with the rental.. as I said ridiculous and would never do this again.. wasted so much of my time
Simon MLack of communication and guidance with the process was awful with this location and U-haul. The staff tried helping by having me call U-Haul since I wasn’t given a password to get the key to the truck. The USB port in the truck was not working to charge my phone, so I had to buy a different cord to charge my phone which had to be placed in a certain way for it to charge. Terrible experience overall.
