It took me two hours to collect my rental. The guy was running back-and-forth between stores made me stand there and wait every time I go there the price is different in person than it is online. Really broke my trust in U-Haul.
CHRISTOFER MOriginal drop off location in Haliburton no longer a u haul. Had to drive a lot further to Kinmount.
Rolf RNo rep was present and I had to wait. I used the trailer for 24 hours but was charged for 2 days. I was charged for a dolly and blankets but never requested nor used any, nor was any given to me. The trailer still had garbage in it from the last time! The rep was not present for the return for me to tell him, and I’ve tried calling the number of the location and there was no answer.
