Your mobile vehicle checkout sucks big time. Started good. Found my truck, went through the steps, but then the "waiting for approval" icon just kept going. And going. After 5 minutes I went into the store and tell the clerks. One says, "Oh yeah, that takes 15-20 minutes sometimes." They changed it to a manual checkout and had me out in 10 minutes. Would have been half that time if they didn't have to wait on your network so much. You people have some serious technical challenges that need taken care of ASAP.
I greatly appreciate the very good service starting with the phone call I made inquiring about the equipment I needed to move a piano, good caring staff when I picked up the trailer, (including the challenge of learning my pickup right light wasn't working properly), & easy return support when I had completed my mission. To improve next customer: keep doing what you are. Thank you.
Get rid of that junk trailer and get a new one
The wait time in line is very long. The problem seemed to be slow computers. The wait time in coralville is ALWAYS quite long.

Gary was excellent. Prepared to get us in a truck right away. Polite and professional. He did a tremendous job. Because of people like Gary, I use U-Haul.
There was a 20 minute wait to get the vehicle pulled up.

The experience was great overall- We thought the price was a little high For that short trip â€” It would be nice if you all just had a one day rental instead of three day minimum but overall the vehicle in the experience was good
I had 1300miles to use and 5 days to return the U Haul truck. I returned it in less than 5 days and there was extra miles I haven't used. When this happens, i feel like the customer should get some of their money back because they didn't use all 1300miles and 5 days.
This location is the closest to me. It's the only reason I use it. The staff is generally slow and often indifferent .

The cargo van was kind of dirty, but it's winter in Iowa and probably hard to clean.
I was happy with the service.
I only needed a car dolly for one day one way rental but after looking at the ticket I was charged a two day rental. Not sure why? Both locations were great to work with other than the overcharge.
The service guy who helped was not wearing a mask in the middle of the pandemic. He charged an extra $58 without being able to see an invoice and did not receive until the next day. Was not told I'd be charged an extra $54 for being 2.5 hours beyond the drop off time. I was not given a specific drop off time in my confirmation email, so I didn't know I needed back by a certain time. Had to stand in the pouring rain while the truck was being checked.
Get more people. Preferably computer savy folks who can type.
The check in was so quick and did not have to be out of the car.

When making reservation said i needed dolly and pads. No dolly put aside. Had to scrounge one up when i said i couldn't do job without and had reserved one. Cab wasn't clean. Crumbs in middle console and used mask under passenger seat. There's a deadly pandemic! Truck itself was fine. Was unable to return truck using online system. Unable to upload photo of mileage/fuel. Spent 40+ minutes on hold waiting for customer service. Transferred and on hold again. Decided to write a note explaining and left. Tired, hungry kids waiting at home. Called 1st thing in a.m. and it seemed to be handled. Frustrating experience.
