The app really frustrated me. The gps pin took me 10 miles out of the way. I think the bubbas have storage units or something and they also have a U-Haul pickup there. Then the pictures wouldn’t load correctly. The verification process seemed to take an extra ten minutes that could have been done before. It was so frustrating that it I didn’t need that truck at that moment I would have canceled. I wasted 1.5 hours on a day that I didn’t really have it to lose.
