No problems or complaints with the location itself. However, it was one where return was via the app only. And that was a problem. My app just wouldn't work normally. I had to call a rep who was super nice and helped guide me through it. He deserves a promotion/raise!! But my app just seemed to have problems processing things and at the very end it would not let me complete the process. The rep was so helpful with that. Please keep working on making the app more user friendly for app only returns.

Shelia MThe app really frustrated me. The gps pin took me 10 miles out of the way. I think the bubbas have storage units or something and they also have a U-Haul pickup there. Then the pictures wouldn’t load correctly. The verification process seemed to take an extra ten minutes that could have been done before. It was so frustrating that it I didn’t need that truck at that moment I would have canceled. I wasted 1.5 hours on a day that I didn’t really have it to lose.
