It was a bit rundown, and while we were there we were approached by people asking for money. And stray dogs. App delays made it uncomfortable standing there outside.

The rental experience was great, showed up and picked up the keys for a two day rental, was in and out in less than 10 minutes, returned truck after hours two days later and put the keys in the Dropbox, excellent rental experience. Would recommend Sawtelle & Rosprim U-Haul to anyone.
