Maybe knowing when each vehicle is reserved. We had to leave because we were told both trucks were reserved. Then spoke with another U-Haul agent (Shay) and she told us 1 truck was not reserved at that location. The new agent helped us get it reserved and we were able to pick it up. Shout out to Shay for all the help
