Confusing on what to do when we first arrived. The truck was great and clean besides that the ac didn’t work which was really frustrating. But I don’t blame the location but U-Haul truck maintenance.
Jonah GNo sign, I had no idea where they were. Located off dirt road, and no signage were to drop the key. Or where the office was. Employee had no idea I was dropping off the truck tell I asked if the truck was parked in the right direction. Cost me an extra $10 just to find the drop off location.
Ron CLocated in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road, which is okay, but there is no signage at all to indicate you’re in the right spot. No Uhaul signs. Not even a Bozz towing sign. The drop off key box was broken. Someone in a work truck drove by and just glared, didn’t offer any help at all.
