This was a mattress store that did not have the truck I reserved and sent me out to the truck with zero assistance for inspection or otherwise. When I realized it was a 20’ instead of 15’ I was told it was a free upgrade. It is not an upgrade if it’s not what I need. It was way too big and made the job much harder. But I was out of luck and had to take it or nothing. Removing trash is not cleaning. The wheel, seatbelt and dash were filthy.
