The company didn't stay open until 5 and made me do a rental from online reservations. I submited accurate data about miles and filled the gas gauge passed the line in the contract and they charged me an extra $25 the next day with no invoice or reason why they charged me.

pick up location and service there was excellent. The original pick up location had horrible customer service and the person on the phone didn't seem to care that the vehicle that was promised to us the day before on the phone was not available for our type of rental.
