KAREN HThey are not updating about the availability for my booking. When i reach the location uhaul is not available then i travel to another place and delay my work
George SThe gas gauge in the truck seemed to not be working properly. The light came on just as I was pulling into the gas station saying 50 km to empty. I put $60 in, and the gauge didn’t seem to move at all., when I pulled out of the gas station, the light said that it was 49 km to empty, which felt frustrating. I tried to write that in the app, but the app said I wasn’t writing in English. Both those things were a pain. The customer service I got over the phone when I was checking in was fabulous and the pick up site was excellent though.
helen SI had no issues with the UHAUL. My reservation had to be transfered from the Thruway location to the Easy Self Storage and it was done quickly and i was able to pick up and return the uhaul with no issues. Chad and Tracy were amazing in getting this done.
