Booked a pick up in person at 11AM on a Saturday and the location was closed, so had to download an app that didn't work. I had to call in and wait on hold to troubleshoot, which still didn't work. Literally took longer to pick up the truck than I used it for. The truck had almost no gas in it and then when I returned it with the same amount, was charged for it being returned with a low amount of gas lol

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was pretty rough. Steering was moderately sloppy. The driver's door hinge was worn out. The truck was down a litre of oil. There was a loose floor panel in the cargo area. The cargo area leaked water from underneath in the middle of the rear. The rear door weatherstripping was cracked up and missing in places. The rear door is tensioned incorrectly and flies up out of control when raising the door. Quite rusty as well. A little maintenance would go a long way, but this truck will soon be a hazard. The check-in process on the app was also glitchy, particularly when prompted to upload photos of the vehicle.
