I had ordered an open trailer and the order was taken wrong and when I got there I had to take a closed trailer at a larger price

Everything was perfect. We will be using the van again in the very near future. This time we shall use it for a week. Many thanks to all, Murray Davidson

The worker was great, but the signage definately needs some work. Very easy to drive by this location, as we did twice. From one direction, the sign is partly covered with brush. From the other direction, there is only a small sign on the door. Should not take much to improve. Hope this is helpful, as I would use U-Haul again. Good service over-all.

The check in for mobile phones took longer than expected. A lot of hoops to jump through. Especially having to take pictures of all of the damage that isn't marked already by the company, there should be more of a description about submitting the selfie shots and what they want in them because we had to resubmit them a few times. Also we put more gas into the truck than what was in there when we took it and there was nowhere on the mobile site when returning the truck to indicate so.

The staff, and particularly Micheline, was extremely efficient and cooperative. The office facility could be improved (presently narrow and crowded).

My drop off was U-Haul sur Jean-Talon pour le demenagement et l'entreposage. 3850 Jean-Talon Montreal QC. The service here was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I dropped the car hauler off first went unloaded the truck and then returned it no problems.

Pick up was quick drop off was quicker. Just left the trailer in the lot after hours. Next day receipt was emailed to me. No complaints. I was renting the car hauler. It was very light (aluminum) compared to a steel one that my father owns. Came complete with built in Ratchet straps for front wheels and ramps that store underneath the trailer. It was the most simple thing that I like about this trailer and that was the drop down wheel fenders that make it possible to open and close the towed vehicle's doors. Most flat bed models I had used in the past didn't have this feature so it had to roll one window down and get in/ out " dukes of hazard style". Only small downside is that in their effect to keep the trailer lightweight the floor consists of just the wheel paths only. The Centre of the trailer is wide open so you can't really used this trailer for any double duty.

Hi. I booked a 20' truck 18 days before my move. I measured my machinery and gear and knew what I needed. The day before my move, they said there are no 20' trucks anywhere, so I have to use their 17' truck which is parked there all the time. I called Phoenix, and was told there was a 20' truck in St.Alberts., which is less than 50kms away. When advised of this information, the Power Dam location said I would have to pick it up and if I did not return it to St. Alberts., I would be billed 2 days. I arrive at 4pm., to Power Dam., and there is broken glass all over the floor in the truck. I was given a dustpan and broom. Afterward, when completing the transaction, it is exactly 4:28pm., and the employee wanted to have my 24 hours start at 4:05pm.,, when I was sweeping up glass. Nice. The contract was altered to start at 4:28p., I even left them a full tank after all that, as I picked it up with 15/16 of a tank. My advice - Avoid this location.

I would have preferred the 6x12 trailer that I asked for, but the trailer I got was good

The only issue I had was driving the unit without snow tires. Although it was a bad storm snow's would have helped.

When i walked in all you could smell wàs weed. It was disgusting. Abd to think theses people are apart of your company is appalling. These people should be fired. Drugs do not belong at work. Wanna ruin your life on your own time fine but work is work. Not your personal drug shack.

Our overall experience was terrible. Poor communications. Lost time and extra fuel costs that were not needed. I understood that I had a pre-arranged and approved / confirmed vehicle pick up at Cartier Blvd in Hawkesbury after 10:00am for a 26 ft. truck. When we arrived from Kingston at 11:30am we were told that they knew nothing about our confirmed vehicle rental. Owner was out of town for the day and suggested we come back tomorrow. (Sunday) Not likely after a 3 hr. drive. Suggested we try the other place in Hawkesbury (John Street) They had a truck but it had a dead battery. They tried to do the paper work from their office and have me pick up the other truck in Hawkesbury but were unable to do this. They did arrange for us to go back 1 hr. to Cornwall to pick up a truck there. Phoned ahead to confirm its availability. When we arrived in Cornwall we were told the truck was only for in town or return service. If we rented it we would have to return it to Cornwall. They found the other shop in Cornwall had a truck available. At 3:00 pm we had a truck and still had to drive back to Hawkesbury to pick up our load and then drive back to Kingston. We had planned to unload in daylight but instead we were loading in the dark. It cost us quite a bit more for gas as we drove the rental an extra hour back to Hawkesbury from Cornwall plus we had to drive our own vehicle and extra 2 hours to pick up the vehicle we expected to have in Hawkesbury. We did complete our move but I think we deserve a break on the overall cost. Fortunately I was not paying people to do this work. I also think the Hawkesbury Cartier Blvd shop needs to improve their service if they are to be part of your operation. How could they not know when I received an email confirming the deal? I presume they were copied on the email.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life. Trust me when I say I wish I was exaggerating. The lady working has no place working anywhere near customers. She lied about the 1/16th of gas missing and when I tried to explain this she told me to get out. Also if someone could kindly explain the formula where 1/16 gas is 11.00$ that would be great.
