Was told the day before pickup that the location closest to me did not have the size truck I reserved. Had to pickup 3 miles further which ate into my allotted 35 miles. Location did not have the 12 moving pads/blankets I reserved and had to spend almost 2 additional hours driving around town looking for moving blankets and pads. All the while the movers I was paying were just sitting at my house waiting on me. Very irritating. Will think twice about who I rent from next time.

They didn’t have pads we had ordered so had to leave and look for another location for those items. U-Haul should make sure the independents have the items in truck when truck is delivered to pickup location. The U-Haul store told us this happens a lot. It wasn’t a good start to a long stressful move.
LAWRENCE WIt would be nice if the truck could be brought out to the office. The turn into the gate was a bit tight and I clipped the gate. The attendant was super polite and helpful.
Wayne CU haul was dirty and infested with roaches im currently awaiting a call from the area manager
