You can keep the roof fixed, so that the customer won't loose their furniture. And when you have a climate control unit and then find out that it's not. It's bad business.

The trailer was well maintained for its age but was slightly dirty inside. They were busy and employee was not to knowledgeable about charges and proper hookup of trailer. Had i not checked i would have drove off with trailer hitch only sitting on the ball and not locked into place. He thought it was on correct....smh. Returning the trailer was easy this other guy knew his stuff and took good care of me.

The team at the Crosstown Location were awesome. Very professional and friendly. Nothing to do with the location, but, the U-Haul Customer Service (reservations) Team should let people know they will need an alternate contact person, for the location to call, in order to verify the rental prior to the location completing the reservation and renting you the equipment you need. Other than that, the manager and his team at this location are awesome.

they used us to basically just take back a 15' u haul back to arizona. our order was for a 10'u haul and then the day before we got a phone call asking is we would take a 15' because he couldn't find a 10'. i told him if you couldnt find a 10' then ok we'll take it. so day of pick up he has a 10' on property and we ask him if we could take that and he tells us no it's only their around town. so i start questioning about their guarentee about having what we want when we want it and i was told because i accepted the 15' after i was told he couldnt find a 10' he wouldnt compinsate me anything

Was not explained about 5he mileage. Rented the truck to move my things and was given mileage one way of 61 one miles and I traveled from my house to my storage. Then come to find out that I was told my deposit would be returned to me when the truck was delivered and it hasn't been refunded to my account. When I called the 800 number whoever answered stated that it would take a week and was rude and hung up on me. I have used uhaul many times and I have never been this deappointed.

The general manager connected the trailer to my truck and walked off without confirming it was safe to leave. No brake or turn signal check. I waited a few minutes to see if he would return but he did not so I left after stepping out into the rain to determine the trailer was indeed connected

They ripped me off on fuel. The truck had the required amount in it upon return. I called and told them and the guy’s reply was, sorry about your luck. He should have came out and checked it rather than sit inside and take the keys. He was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I rent trucks regularly. I hope you will address this issue. He is a liability to your company

The guy / employee who checked me out took a picture of my DL with his personal phone. I asked why, he explained it was uhaul policy. Seemed fishy. I would definitely recommend a different method.

Don’t go to this location. We rented a truck and traveled less than 40mi total because our new home is only 5mi away. We were quoted 150 for an estimated 100mi which we usually get credited back when we return the truck. We returned the truck that night and we were charged $319 on our card!!! We called to ask what the hell was going on and they said we used 191 miles!!! We drove from Rand Morgan to Violet 2 times and just drove back to Uhaul! This location is very unprofessional, the person that put the miles in system totally failed and made us pay for her mistake!! Totally unfair!! We had little money because of deposit we needed for move and now we have no money to pay the fisrt month! We will be complaining with corporate!! Don’t go to this location. Truck tire sensor was on, and the charge after the use was ridiculous. Your company name just causes fees which is shady as hell. I will never use or recommend you or your product again fact I’m probably gonna post something on social media about it thank you

Customer service at this location was sub-par. I wasnt even supposed to have to go inside and speak with anyone, but the appliance dolly that I requested when I set up the rental was not inside the truck, so I had to go inside. When I got inside, I had no way to tell if I had paid for the appliance dolly already, since I had received bo itemized receipt from uhaul. It was very frustrating

1. Representative was rude. While attending to me, she was Texting on her phone. 2. The back of the truck was locked. I had to go back in the building to have her come remove the lock. 3. The amount of fuel stated on rental agreement 7/8 was incorrect. It was 3/4. But I did notice until I was on my way home and did not go back or take a picture. 4. When I returned the vehicle, that representative was also rude. When I informed about the fuel situation, the way she said "You should of turn around and come back or take a picture" was unprofessional. 5. I returned the vehicle with the fuel gauge registering midway between 3/4 and full and asked if there is any I can get reimburse for the extra fuel pass 7/8. Again, the was she answered and her tone. "We don't reimburse. You have not put that much fuel". Now, if I had brought the vehicle with less than 7/8 of fuel, I would of been charged $4 per gallon. Why cant U-Haul use the same gauge on the Rental Agreement that tells you how much it would cost to get the fuel to where it needs to be on return to reimburse customers to puts more than is required? 6. I have used U-Haul in the past, and this has been my worst experience.

There was no truck available for me after it was reserved and prepaid after my arrival.They were cold and insensitive and sent me to a second location that also had no trucks. sent to a third location and they had NO trucks. SAent me to original location and they switched somebody off a truck and finally got my truck after driving all over the city to 3 different locations!!!! Absolutely SUCKED!!!!
