I am furious!!!! Overcharged, equipment not where it was supposed to be, dolly and blankets i did not want were left in truck and I had to work around them,charged for mileage that w a s unjust and unfair!!!! Pissed off !!!!!!

There were small roaches and vehicle had small trash and dirt inside the truck.

APRIL PThe Uhaul had a lot of dirt/small trash in the back. The front smelled like weed - overwhelmingly. We reported it to the front desk at pick up and she jotted it down on her paper and said ok. Even with having the windows rolled down and letting it air out some, it still was strong the next day.
