They didn’t have pads we had ordered so had to leave and look for another location for those items. U-Haul should make sure the independents have the items in truck when truck is delivered to pickup location. The U-Haul store told us this happens a lot. It wasn’t a good start to a long stressful move.

It would be nice if the truck could be brought out to the office. The turn into the gate was a bit tight and I clipped the gate. The attendant was super polite and helpful.
