The sign said they were open, but the doors were locked. We had such a difficult time from start to finish. When we picked up our truck, it took about 45 minutes to take possession of the truck. We filled out all of the information ahead of time, but had to go through the entire process again, and some of our original options were not available on the app, which caused problems for us later. We asked for a hand truck for appliances, but were only given a square rolling dolly, then we were accused of not returning the hand truck we never received. When it was time to return the truck, we were told to take it to a city we have never heard of, so we found a local vendor, and took it there after speaking to customer service. We made sure to fill the tank to the level it was when we picked it up, but we were accused of not having enough gas. We picked up the truck on Sunday morning, and returned it on Sunday evening the same day, but we were accused of having it until 7:30pm the following day. Our experience was terrible, and we will NEVER use U-Haul again. We will be looking for another company when we are ready for our final move.

Tristan STires on the trailer were not good. I had a blow out on the passenger side tire and the drivers side was almost flat Saturday morning. Had to air it up before returning it.
